Yes. Premium-tier members enjoy 24/7 global concierge access. Our  general support hours for other tiers is also round the clock and we are  always reachable during key travel moments and emergencies.

Destinations & Travel

Members can access premium resorts and curated experiences across  Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas — including stays  at our home properties in Lantana Galu Beach and Vipingo Ridge in  Kenya, plus thousands of global resorts via Interval International.

Yes. Members can extend benefits to family or approved guests,  depending on your membership tier. Some terms and limits apply.

We recommend planning 3–6 months ahead for the best availability, but  our concierge can support last-minute bookings when needed — especially for Prestige members

Getting Started

Start by filling out our interest form or booking a consultation. Our team  will walk you through the best tier for your needs and guide you through  the enrollment process.

Once your membership is confirmed, onboarding typically takes 1–3  business days. You will receive a welcome pack, platform access, and a  dedicated concierge introduction.
